100 Push-ups is an app facilitating the process of putting into practice a training program enabling one to perform 100 consecutive push-ups in the period from 6 to 10 weeks. Thanks to it we will build strong and muscular arms. A part of the program is taking a push-up test regularly on the basis of which the app will adjust a right training cycle to you.
